Costs

Costs depend upon the time devoted to each patient visit. Typical costs as of December 1, 2007 are as follows:

            One hour first visit for new patients:                    $ 145
            Other visits:                                                            $ 55
            Initial visit and first follow-up paid in advance: $ 175

Insurance: The office does not process insurance or “take” insurance. A receipt is provided which patients may submit to their insurance company. Services may or may not be covered in whole or in part by insurance companies.
